SINTERA FAÇADE SYSTEMS

SINTERA High-Performance Stone Materials can be easily installed using different mechanical clips-systems on vertical profiles of aluminium or wood resulting in a ventilated façade without visible screws or drillholes.
Below an overview of the most common facades systems:

CLIPS-SYSTEM GREEN – WOOD/METAL STANDARD
Our GREEN- clip system is a widely-used facade system commonly used for horisontal [staggered] panel-layouts. The clips system is supplied in various dimensions coloured SINTERA-clips matching the SINTERA façade sheets. Our unique aluminium subconstruction creates a ventilated façade-system which allows external insulation of the cavity with over 200 mm. The system is based on the use of aluminium brackets which are screwed in the bearing wall. The L- and T-profiles of black-anodised aluminium are installed onto the brackets. The SINTERA Façade Panels are installed with clips which are screwed/riveted into the L/T-profiles.

CLIPS-SYSTEM ALU-GUIDANCE RAIL
Our Clips-system with an aluminium Guidance Rail exists of a complete range of aluminium profiles, guidance rails and clips for fast and accurate installation of SINTERA façade materials. The clips are designed in various dimensions depending on the panel-layout and which series of SINTERA material is used and can for example be used when using staggered horizontal joints. The clips are powdercoated in colour matching the façade material. Also, by using this system our unique aluminium subconstruction can be used creating a ventilated façade-system which allows external insulation of the cavity with up to 200 mm. The subconstruction system is based on the use of aluminium brackets and L- and T-profiles of black-anodised aluminium on which the SINTERA Façade Panels are installed.
